a wood full of shadows

This morning we decided to make the best of the last sunny days so we went on a lovely walk near us at Conishead Priory. You walk through woodland down to a pebble beach with views over the estuary, and we always enjoy it. While our little girl had a nap in the sling, following this months theme I asked my husband to help me look for shadows cast by the trees. Initially he was a bit skeptical, but having something to focus on made us look at everything in a different way. It ended up being really fun...although it did get a bit silly at the end and I'm sure the people walking their dogs thought we were a bit strange.
